Executive Management Team:
PRESIDENT, CEO, GARRICK NEWMAN:
Since the Company's inception in 2007, Mr. Newman has been responsible for
the overall research, design, and development of the Jungle Falls' concept,
business model and initial product lines as well as the on-going recruitment and
selection of the Company's management team. Mr. Newman has over 20 years
of executive sales and management experience. Previously he served as an
associate at such companies as Billboard Productions, Jag Records, Impact
Media at Universal Studios Orlando, Maximum Impact Television California,
RE/MAX and most recently Wachovia/Wells Fargo Bank as a Licensed Financial
Specialist. Mr. Newman has been an active member of the World Waterpark
Association since 2005 and is a Certified Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) by the
National Recreation and Park Association.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER GARY BENNETT:
Mr. Bennett has over 40 years of experience in the Theme / Waterpark Industry in general concept, design, development and operational
management and therefore will be an invaluable asset for the Company. Since 1987, Mr. Bennett has served as the Founder & President of Tri
State Investors, Inc. In this capacity, he supervised U. S. and international operations of both recreational and commercial properties. Mr. Bennett
also served as the President of Princeton Development, Inc. providing consulting, developmental and management services for new, existing and
proposed waterparks and other recreational attractions, both in the U.S. and on an international basis. Mr. Bennett is currently on the Board of
Directors and a featured speaker for the World Park Association. Previous to this, Mr. Bennett held various executive management positions for Six
Flags of America with duties ranging from project development, personnel selection, development of financial and marketing plans and community
relations.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, MICHAEL O'KEEFE:
Michael O'Keeffe will be the Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Since 2005, Mr. O'Keeffe has served as a leading international consultant for
Baker Leisure Group, a multi-faceted consulting and management organization with an extensive international client base in the themed leisure
and entertainment industry. Accomplishments have included successfully raising $39 million for Freestyle Music Park, in Myrtle Beach, South
Carolina, and developing a five-year operational budget for Dubai Gates of Adventure, a $1.2 billion theme park. Prior to this, Mr. O'Keeffe held the
position of Vice President of Finance for the Viasys Corporation, a holding company headquartered in Lakeland, Florida. During this period, Mr.
O'Keeffe prepared and negotiated the company's financial presentations for prospective investors and lenders. Previous to this, Mr. O'Keeffe
retained the position of Corporate Controller for Beverly Hills LTD., Inc., a publicly held holding company where he was responsible for all NASDAQ
accounting requirements, public audits and SEC filings for 15 privately held companies.
DIRECTOR, PAUL SAULO:
Paul Saulo will be the Director for the Company. Mr. Saulo has been instrumental in laying the foundation of Jungle Falls and overseeing the
operations of the Company as it enters into its next phase of development and growth. Mr. Saul, an accomplished senior executive, has
accumulated over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in marketing, sales and operations for domestic and international Fortune
500 companies. His positions of leadership have included Operations Manager for G.E. Credit, located in Bradenton, Florida, Telemarketing
Director for Human Healthcare in the Miami, Florida offices, Marketing Director for AME Corporation in New York and Mexico. Currently, Mr. Saulo
serves on the boards of two companies located in Milan, Italy, Telecontacto and Eurocom. Mr. Saulo's duties and responsibilities will include acting
in the capacity of Director for the Company and all of its anticipated adventure parks and the development and implementation of all park policies,
procedures and best practices for each theme park location. Additional duties will include the quality and timely delivery of the Company's staff
recruitment, selection and employee orientation.
